Aufgaben

• Lead technical projects to expand manufacturing capacity and support production scale-up
• Provide expert input into project design, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, manage project governance, and ensure timely delivery
• Develop and implement best-practice processes in line with industry and regulatory trends
• Manage change controls, troubleshoot technical issues, and handle deviations related to equipment and processes
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to establish and update operational procedures

Profil

• Experience in GMP manufacturing (Drug Product experience preferred)
• Proven track record in project coordination or management within pharmaceutical production
• Experience with CAPEX projects and equipment qualification is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of cGMP and EU Annex 1 requirements
• Fluent in English; German is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and results-driven mindset
• Agile and adaptable, able to deliver under pressure and shifting priorities
