Aufgaben

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
• Understand and map as-is and to-be business processes
• Track and document ongoing tasks and project progress
• Identify issues, risks, and benefits of proposed and existing solutions
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to operational or system issues
• Support test planning, execution, and implementation activities
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and project teams

Profil

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, IT, or another analytical field
• Solid experience in a similar Business Analyst role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset
• Fluent in written and spoken English
