Aufgaben

• Planning, coordination and reporting of local annual trade marketing activities with focus on in store executions, digital touchpoints and organisation of trade fairs
• Adaptation and preparation of the international trade marketing assets according to the activity calendar with key accounts (POS tools, shopwindows, content, graphics)
• Coordination of local sports marketing activities with focus on race sponsorships, test-events, managing athletes, ambassadors and cooperations
• Planning and coordination of local PR and media activities
• Controlling and reporting of the marketing budgets
• Coordination of external and internal stakeholders like Distributors, Agents and Sales teams
• Implementation of the international marketing and brand strategy through regular exchange
• Alignment of the Sales team on the annual marketing plans
• Support Sales Team in the organization of internal events and dealer events
• Regular visits of the export markets

Profil

• Degree in marketing, communication or business
• 2-3 years of business experiences in marketing, preferably in the sports industry
• Good understanding of the outdoor industry
• Strong ability to interact with people from different cultures
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent Italian and English skills, German skills are a plus
• Good coordination and team work skills, outgoing, creative
• Willingness to travel (20%) and be on-field
• Passion for mountain sports (f.e. ski touring, trail running, mountaineering, climbing)
