- Take ownership of and enhance existing prototype and third-party software code
- Transition software prototypes to production and series-ready status
- Maintain, stabilize, refactor, and adapt established software for long-term use
- Understand and improve software developed or supported using AI technologies
- Develop and maintain internal engineering and development tools
- Improve software quality, maintainability, robustness, and usability over time
- Support internal tooling, automation, and DevOps initiatives
- Collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams
Profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering with a strong software focus, or a related technical field
- Profound knowledge in software engineering fundamentals and programming
- Deep understanding of software architecture and programming principles
- Strong hands-on developer mindset with a genuine interest in understanding and improving existing codebases
- Analytical and technical thinking skills
- Good knowledge of Python and familiarity with Linux environments
- Proficient English at native speaker level;
- Industrial experience or background from related industries is beneficial
